How long will it take to relocate my Pet?

While exact travel time depends on the pickup and dropoff locations, we try to deliver within 24 hours after pickup time

What kind of vehicle do you drive?

What type of animals do you move?

We transport Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Rodents, and other small pets

Who can I contact if the driver can't be reached?

We drive our company car for smaller animals, and rent larger vehicles when needed for larger aniamls

Is my pet going to be cargo in air transport?

No, your pet will never be stored as cargo under the plane, we will always bring them aboard as carry-ons

Will my pet be allowed outside of the vehicle for bathroom/exercise breaks?

Yes, we will stop based on the needs of the pet for both bathroom breaks and for excercise

Our office phone is available 24 hours a day

Do you handle all of the paperwork for air travel?

Yes, we handle all of the paperwork and forms that are required for air travel and will contact the owner for any further information needed

Will my pet be in a crate during travel?

Cats will always be in some sort of carrier during their travels and dogs will be assessed based on comfort or owner requests.

Will there be more than one driver in the vehicle?

There will be one or two drivers based on the location and time it takes to transport the pet

What do you do when the driver gets tired? Do you stop somewhere?

Yes, we will stay in a hotel if needed, and the pet will stay with us.

What recovery steps will be taken if my pet escapes during transport?

While it is extremely unlikely that your pet will escape, we will do everything in our power to recover the animal. We also contact the owner immediately to let them know of the situation

What precautions do you take for extreme weather conditions?

We will seek shelter if needed and bring your pet with us, their safety is most important to us
